Scheduling, Access & Approvals

When you book AC service, you agree to provide safe access to the equipment (indoor unit, outdoor condenser, thermostat, attic or crawlspace if applicable). An adult (18+) must be present unless we confirm other arrangements in writing. We will not begin repairs without your approval of the scope and price, except where immediate action is required to address a safety concern.

Estimates & Repair Authorization

Diagnostic fees, repair estimates, and parts availability may vary by system type (central air, heat pump, or mini-split) and the issue found. Quotes may change if additional problems are discovered after disassembly or testing. We will communicate changes and obtain approval before proceeding.
